Woodland is the perfect location for your touring holiday base. All within easy travelling distance are Durham City with it`s magnificent cathedral and castle, Hadrians wall, The Northumberland National Park, The Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lake District, The Northumberland Coast and The North Yorkshire Moors and Coast. Nearby Hamsterley Forest is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and bird watchers. All weeks run from Saturday to Saturday: Short breaks may be available by arrangement. Arrival: Visitors are requested to arrive after 3.30pm on the day of arrival and to vacate the property by 10 am on the day of departure. Keys can be collected from Woodland House (next door). Pets are welcome but please note pets must not be left unattended in the cottage.
